DSB’s latest BBCOR model does have some changes vs the other BBCOR models. If you want DSB’s best balanced bat then this would be it. The balance point will shift about an inch for most sizes. It will NOT be the most-balanced BBCOR bat on the market (overly balanced bats will give-up performance). We kept our legendary DSB feel and pop, but improved upon the balance point for some of the younger or “hits for average” players out there. Get your DSB Swag on for 2021.

Introducing the Kamo 2-piece Dirty South Bat. This is DSB’s only 2-piece model. We will always tell you that we believe in a 1-piece bat as we prefer to have the majority of the compression to take place in the barrel, but we know that there are kids/parents who will shy away from a 1-piece bat. Improving the connection allows this bat to get a deserving promotion to the Kamo line which is DSB’s top performing line. The 2-piece will always have a little less sweetspot in the same size as our other offerings. Although we do not show this bat currently in the barrel comparisons you can expect about one inch less of sweetspot as compared to the Kamo 1-piece bats in the same size.

DSB’s latest model is the 2020 DNGR USSSA 1.15 bpf goes sophisticated with it’s black base and gold lettering. The 20 DNGR features DSB’s proprietary Sweet Barrel technology coupled with a weighted handle to help make the DNGR one of the best-balanced bats we offer. DNGR is the only DSB model that has added weight to the handle in the drop 8,9 and10. This 2 5/8 barrel bat is all composite and will become one of your player’s favorite DSB models. There are subtle differences in the makeup of the bat to help take advantage of the weight balance while trying to not lose much comparative sweet barrel. Always know that the last thing we would ever do is give up any of the pop that has made DSB legendary on the field. Drop 8’s have a little stiffer barrel in 2021 for the big hitters. If your son is more of a contact hitter then we would recommend the Swag or Dirt Demon in a drop 8.

The SWAG S7 BBCOR is a continued evolution to push on the balance, but not sacrifice the coefficient testing numbers. Most know that with BBCOR, a manufacturer can produce a hotter bat by shifting the balance out towards the endcap which makes it more end-loaded. We could make an extreme balanced bat, but we would sacrifice pop so we do not do it. The Swag is more balanced than the Filthy. The 23 model tries to maintain the pop while increasing the balance feel. We recommend this model for 90% of the high school kids playing. We feel most players cannot take advantage of the hotter end-load since the decreased swing speed will offset such advantage. Our one-piece composite provides a huge sweetspot when compared to alloy bats. Most alloy bats have 50% less hitting surface than our composite bat. We feel that this gives the hitter more consistency as no hitter is squaring the ball-up on every swing. No need to take a rifle approach in a shotgun world. Get Dirty!
